Hamraaz – Personal Login, Pay Slip / Form-16
The Hamraaz Web Portal (https://web.hamraazmp8.gov.in/) has been developed by the technical team of the Adjutant General’s Branch (MP-8) to assist Army personnel in managing their service-related information. It offers a range of essential services, including access to pay slips, service records, promotion details, grievance redressal, and various administrative facilities.
Through this digital platform, Indian Army personnel can conveniently access their personal and service information, making their work management and daily life more efficient and streamlined.

Hamraaz Personal Login
To access all the services on the Hamraaz web portal, one has to log in to the portal, the process of which is as follows:
- First of all you visit the official portal– https://hamraazmp8.gov.in/.
- Select “Personal Login” and click here.
Now enter your Username, Password, and the Captcha code, then click on the Login button. Your Login ID is your PAN card number.
Alternatively, you can create a new account on the Hamraaz Portal by selecting the Sign Up option. Once you click on the Login button, you will be successfully logged into your profile.
Before you login, please ensure the followings:
1. Use authorized links i.e: https://hamraazmp8.gov.in
2. Update device Software & Apps regularly.
3. Do not connect to Public Networks for Internet.
4. Do not click on unknown links or open attachments.
5. Turn Off location services, WiFi, Bluetooth.
6. Turn device off & on weekly.
7. Download authorised apps only from officials stores.
8. Lock device with PIN.
9. Logout properly after use this web.
10. Keep active registered Mobile Number with Record Office.
Hamraaz Pay Slip/Form 16 Download
After logging on Hamraaz, your dashboard will open, if you want to download your pay slip here, then you can click on the option of Pay Slip/Form 16 in the menu section.
- After logging in, your dashboard will open, if you want to download your pay slip here, then you can click on the option of PaySlip / Form 16 in the menu section.
- After that, the app will be downloaded on your device. It will be downloaded in PDF format, password is not required to open the Pay Slip.
Note: Password is not required to open the payslip through Hamraaz web portal Personal Login.
Details on the Hamraaz Payslip
Whenever a soldier downloads his hamraaz payslip, he gets information about many deductions and allowances, and at the bottom is the information about the total deduction and Amount To Bank. Indian soldiers are also provided with several types of allowances, the information of all of them is present on the payroll of the soldiers. Some of the important ones are:
- Risk allowance that is uniformly distributed.
- Allowance at the Border
allotments for the field area. - Allowance for transportation for two years of studies.
- The allowance for high altitude.
- A. Siachen.
- Twenty days of unpaid vacation.
- A full pay for a total of three hundred days of accrued leave.
- Allowance for Dearness, etc.
Details on the Hamraaz Payslip
Whenever a soldier downloads his Hamraaz payslip, he gets information about many deductions and allowances, and at the bottom is the information about the total deduction and Amount Credit To Bank. Indian soldiers are also provided with several types of allowances, the information of all of them is present on the payroll of the soldiers. Some of the important ones are:

- MUSTER DT, NEXT INCR DT, SB DATE & PA DATE
- BANK AC NO, NAME & BRANCH
- 1st ACP, 2nd ACP & 3rd ACP
- All Pay details (i.e. BAND PAY, GRADE PAY, GP-X PAY, MS PAY, CL PAY, TPAL, DA, PMHA, LRA, RECURRING ALLOWANCES & Arr/Rec of PAY & ALLOWANCES
- AFPP FUND SUBSCRIPTION, AFPP FUND REFUND, AGIF, PLI, LOANS & ADVANCES, FAMO, E-TICKETING, NCOME TAX / EC , CREDIT BALANCE RELEASED & AMOUNT CREDITED TO BANK

Hamraaz App (Discontinued)
Hamraaz Mobile App has been discontinued from 31 March 2023. In such a situation, everyone is advised not to download this app from anywhere, as well as not to provide their bank details and PAN card details anywhere.
Purpose of Hamraaz Portal
The Hamraaz portal aims to provide Indian Army personnel access to various administrative and personal information through digital services. The main objective is to make the service details and benefits easily available to the jawans and simplify the procedures.
With the help of this portal, the soldiers of India can know their PaySlip, Form 16, promotion, posting, complaint and other details. This application is very useful for every soldier.
